Cheryl R. Chase-Berkson founded Chase Pacific Property Management in 1988, 12 years after earning her California State Real Estate license and 8 years after earning her California Real Estate Brokers license.

Her original focus was on sales and listings of residential real estate, however she quickly realized that her clients needed a “one-stop shop” brokerage and added the property management division. Ms. Berkson founded the company on the concept of the “Golden Rule” which is treating others as you would want to be treated. This code of ethics and moral conduct permeates every transaction, every relationship and every situation in which Chase Pacific deals. Cheryl holds a B. A. degree from Fresno State University and an M.A. from Texas Tech University. She moved to San Diego in 1978 from Orange County and after having lived in several other states. Her interests are travel, both local and global, short term mission trips, dance, gardening, and reading. She named the company “Chase Pacific” in honor of her father who owned Chase Flower Shop in Fresno.

MY BEST TRADING EXPERIENCE EVER Most people are complaining about the pandemic disaster that they can not afford $7000 there is no job so I saw a review on investment and i tried it with $1,000 even though they are lower cost of investment. starting from the range of $1000 but I got a multiplication of my funds to over $8,500 in a week time it's magical because I never believe until I gave it a trial that is why I need to post an epistle of this online. If you are scared to invest a little bit of your money? The service of Chase Pacific is fine. My opinion of Robert Grange (my property manager and contact person with Chase Pacific) is excellent. One thing I did not like is that I was charged a fee of $50 to prepare my end of year tax info--1099. This I believe is really bad. I brought this to Robert's attention and he had the fee credited to my account. He also explained, after speaking with the accounting dept that this was a fairly common procedure. I have never heard of being charged to prepare/send a 1099. I receive several of them each year. No other business that I deal with charges for this.

Been with Chase Pacific for about 30 years. Renters have paid off my house in Penasquitos. I now live in Washington State. Chase Pacific is easy to deal with and have simplified electronic communications. All I have to do is look at my checking account to see the Chase Pacific Deposits. Their detailed electronic monthly statements and year end summaries make it so easy for me to let them know my desires for the property and to complete my tax returns. I have other rentals in Washington State, but my agent is nowhere near as competent and efficatious as Chase Pacific. If your rental demands high quality and care free management you should consider Chase Pacific as your first choice!!!
