This is the worst service I’ve ever received from a management company. Avoid them at all costs.

We work with professionals in our industry frequently and Cheryl at Chase Pacific knows her stuff. She frequently teaches realtors best practices and she has a great team. I have referred her multiple clients and all have been satisfied. I would recommend Chase Pacific for Property Management.

Lived on one of their properties they managed for over a year, they were wonderful property managers. Our water heater went out while living there was replaced and fixed in less than 3 hours from notifying them. Every question I had concerning the property they answered timely and was very helpful. They always reached out to the property owner and got back to me very quickly as well. We really enjoyed living in our apartment with them as the manger. We would have continued to rent had we not moved towns.

I have known Cheryl now for almost three years. Her professionalism and honesty are always at the top!

My wife and I no longer have our rental property, however if we did we would absolutely use Chase Pacific Property Management again without hesitation.
